Shelly Bradley to Lead NAWCWD China Lake Support

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services Corporation announced today that Shelly Bradley has joined the firm to lead the Precision Attack Weapons Systems (PAWS) Technical Program Office (TPO) support services contract at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake.

Ms. Bradley is a veteran of the PAWS Program at NAWCWD China Lake and also served there as the Business Financial Manager supporting the High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Program.

She is a graduate of the University of LaVerne who received her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from California State University, Fresno and taught elementary and special education before serving the Naval Aviation community. Ms. Bradley is DAWIA Level I certified in Business Management and works out of the ICI Services office in Ridgecrest, CA. 

The PAWS TPO is responsible for the total life-cycle management – including research, development, acquisition and sustainment – of the fleet’s air-to-ground precision guided weapons, general-purpose bombs and aircraft armament-related equipment. ICI Services has provided program management, information technology, and configuration management support to the PAWS TPO since April, 2010, under a competitively awarded contract.
