Caroline Ternes to Lead ICI Services Contracts Department

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services Corporation announced today that Caroline Ternes has joined the company as Corporate Director of Contracts. In this position, Ms. Ternes will lead the corporate contracts department and be responsible for new contract set-up and lifecycle administration activities. She will report to ICI Services Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, Brian Kozlowski. Ms. Ternes will work at the corporation’s headquarters in Virginia Beach.

Ms. Ternes began her government contracting career as a Contracts Administrator and served as Contracts Manager for several small and large businesses specializing in engineering and technical services for the US Navy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from the University of Mary Washington.
Ms. Ternes is active in government-industry organizations. She has chaired contracts-related symposia and participated on government industry councils focused on advocating open communications between the private and public sectors. Ms. Ternes is a past president of the Tidewater Association of Service Contractors (TASC) and also served as secretary for the Tidewater Chapter of the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE).
