PMS 317 Selects ICI Services for Finance and ILS Support

Virginia Beach – ICI Services Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a 5-year, $11.4 million prime contract to provide business and financial management, acquisition and Integrated Logistics Support for the US Navy’s PMS 317.  ICI Services led a high powered team of subcontractors composed of BAE Systems, Tech-Marine Business and C&G Consulting.

The mission of PMS 317 is to design, build, outfit, and test LPD 17 Program amphibious transport dock ships and to provide maintenance and logistics support throughout their 40-year service life. With more than half of the ships delivered, and all ships awarded, the focus of PMS 317 activities has shifted from design to ship production. In addition, the Program Office is responsible for future amphibious acquisition programs such as LX(R).

ICI Services’ Systems Engineering Division, led by Vice President and Division General Manager Don Frahler, will be responsible for contract performance. Work locations include Washington DC, Pascagoula MS, Norfolk VA and San Diego CA.
