Ted Fredrick Promoted To Lead Engineering Services Division

Virginia Beach, VA – ICI Services announced today that Ted Fredrick has been promoted to Division General Manager of the corporation’s Engineering Services Division.  Currently a Vice President and Operations Center Manager, Mr. Fredrick has been with ICI Services since 2006, leading a number of technical projects.  Mr. Fredrick has served as Program Manager for ICI Services’ International Fleet Program Office (PMS 326) Foreign Military Sales and Security Assistance support prime contract, leading the delivery of engineering, financial and logistics support to a broad range of foreign military programs under the cognizance of the Naval Sea Systems Command. In his new role, he will report directly to ICI Services President Mike Denny and be responsible for contract performance and profitable growth of an organization with Navy support services that span all three coasts.

Major work efforts under his cognizance include engineering and programmatic support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command and the Program Executive Officer in Washington DC and Virginia; to SPAWAR’s Sea Warrior Program in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Arlington, Virginia, as well as multiple nationwide locations; and for prime contracts in support of Missile Systems Engineering, Underway Replenishment and Ship Self Defense Systems at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, California, and Norfolk and Wallops Island, Virginia.

Mr. Fredrick is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Physics. He joined ICI Services after a 30-year Navy career that featured a number of senior-level billets. They included a Program Manager tour at NAVSEA, serving as Chief of Staff for the Warfare Systems Engineering Directorate, and as Commanding Officer for the USS STEPHEN W. GROVES (FFG 29).
