Acquisition Management

Program-Services.jpgICI Services performs business, financial and acquisition management services for several Navy organizations. Our personnel are experienced in DoD accounting and acquisition systems and have received innumerable recognitions for their outstanding performance. 

Some of our contract efforts include:

  • Naval Gunnery Program Office – track, analyze and reconcile program execution transactions using PRISMS, AUTODOC and STARS

  • OPNAV N86 (Theater Air Missile Defense Program) – interface with multiple commands to prioritize technical and operational requirements, and then support the development of the POM and related justification documentation

  • PEO Carriers and OPNAV N885 – financial and programmatic support for all combat systems and C4ISR changes on aircraft carriers

  • NUWC Newport Code 02  and 118 – financial and information technology services in support of travel and disbursing; incoming and outgoing funding; cost accounting; financial analysis and reporting; and human capital management services

  • PEO IWS and PEO Ships – FMS program management services

  • NAVSEA PMS 385 – budgetary support for the JHSV, MPF(F) MLP and MPF(F) LMSR Programs

Information Technology

We provide our customers a diverse range of Information Technology services, including:

  • Software development and maintenance
  • Database design and development
  • Website design and maintenance
  • Help Desk services

Information-Technology.jpgWe are currently providing the following services:

  • For NUWC Newport, we develop, implement and maintain software programs related to financial accounting and budgeting; travel and disbursing; payroll; property asset management; and human resource systems.
  • For SPAWAR, we provide management and technical services in support of the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN)
  • At NAVSEA, we develop ship systems databases to determine individual system deactivation and then apply them to the Advanced Survivability Assessment Program (ASAP) to model system vulnerability.
  • For the LPD 17 Program, we support the Shipboard Wide Area Network (SWAN) design and evaluation performing hardware configuration item (HWCI) and computer software configuration item (CSCI) services, computer system integration testing and system upgrade troubleshooting.
  • We are supporting the roll out of the Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP) in the areas of financial budgeting, execution and reconciliation.
