ICI Services is an 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business in all seven SeaPort-e geographic zones.  We are a prime and subcontractor on multiple SeaPort-e task orders, and bring in-depth experience and innovation in delivering high quality services to complex technical requirements.  We support multiple Navy ACAT-1 programs and Systems Commands and their Warfare Centers:

  • Program Executive Officers (PEOs): PEO Integrated Warfare Systems, PEO Aircraft Carriers, PEO Enterprise Information Systems, PEO Ships and PEO Submarines.
  • Naval Sea Systems Command Program Offices:  PMS 500 (DDG 1000), PMS 502 (Littoral Combat Ship), PMS 400D (DDG 51), PMS 377 (LHD, LHA, and LCU), PMS 325 (Auxiliary Ships and Joint High Speed Vessel), PMS 312 (Aircraft Carrier), and PMS 385 (Strategic Sealift Ships).
  • NAVSEA Warfare Centers: NSWC Port Hueneme, NSWC Carderock, NSWC Dahlgren, NSWC CD Philadelphia, NSWC Crane, NUWC Newport and NUWC Keyport.
  • NAVAIR Warfare Centers: NAWCWD China Lake and Point Mugu.
  • NAVSEA Technical Codes:  SEA 05P (Damage Control), SEA 07Q (Submarine Safety), SEA 05D (Design and Engineering) and SEA 04RE (Environmental Programs).
