Facilities Management & Operations

Facilities-Mgmt-Operations-v2.jpgICI Services performs facility use planning and management for the US Army Reserve 99th Regional Support Command, and facility operations support for the Corpus Christi Army Depot and the Department of Homeland Security. We support the US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) across seven regions in the areas of Logistics (management, planning and training Army-wide) and Competitive Sourcing (business transformation initiatives on Army installations).
At the Pentagon, our personnel screen over 7,000 letters and 275 parcels per day using a variety of analysis equipment and techniques. Personnel wearing Tyvek suits, gloves and respirators adhere to strict Quality, Health Surveillance and Emergency Response procedures.
Our comprehensive services include:
  • Facilities modernization planning and allocation
  • Fleet operations and maintenance
  • Facilities maintenance, repair and alterations
    (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • DMRO material processing
  • Mail and package screening, sorting and delivery

Environmental Services

Technical-Services.jpgICI Services performs a broad range of environmental services in support of the US Army and Navy. Our scientists and engineers work in program office and field locations. They have advanced degrees and extensive experience providing comprehensive solutions to our customers' technical and program requirements in the areas of:
  • Compliance
  • Land-Use Planning
  • Pollution Prevention
  • Restoration
  • Sustainability and Training Support
We work closely with state and federal regulators to ensure compliance with environmental statutes and proper preparation of required regulatory documentation. We assist the NAVSEA Environmental Program Office (SEA 04RE) in effectively promulgating policies and monitoring compliance. Our Army customers include the:
  • US Army Environmental Command
  • US Army Corps of Engineers (multiple Districts)
  • US Army Reserves and National Guard Bureau
  • US Army installations such as Fort Knox, Fort Campbell, Fort Carson and Yakima Training Center

Range Operations

ICI Services supports both US Army and Navy range planning and operations, encompassing land ranges of over 1.2 million acres and sea ranges of even greater expanses. Our efforts include:

  • Range and Training Land Assessment (RTLA)
  • Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM)
For the Army at Fort Lewis and Yakima Training Center, our Sustainable Range Program (SRP) services support testing and training at the 327,000 acre range. We provide Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) support. At Fort Carson and Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, ICI Services supports Army operational and testing requirements. Our performance efforts are primarily focused on range management to support mission requirements.
