Comprehensive Test & Evaluation

Test-Eval.jpgICI Services is a recognized expert in Test and Evaluation planning and execution for the US Navy and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). We are deeply involved with the test programs for every ongoing surface combatant, aircraft carrier, amphibious warfare ship and auxiliary ship program at NAVSEA. We support platform, system and equipment shock testing. Additionally, we plan, coordinate and execute Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) events.

Our T&E efforts span every test program element:

  • Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) development
  • Test program planning and budget participation
  • Test Plan preparation and execution
  • Test event participant coordination
  • Test problem analysis and resolution

  • Test program database maintenance and lessons learned applications 

Range Operations

Range-Operations.jpgICI Services supports both US Army and Navy range planning and operations, encompassing land ranges of over 1.2 million acres and sea ranges of even greater expanses.  Our efforts include:

  • Sustainable Range Awareness (SRA)
  • Training Requirements Integration (TRI)
  • Range and Training Land Assessment (RTLA)
  • Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM)

For the Army at Fort Lewis and Yakima Training Center, our Sustainable Range Program (SRP) services support testing and training at the 327,000 acre range. We provide Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) and Geographic Information System (GIS) support. At Fort Carson and Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, ICI Services supports Army operational and testing requirements. Our performance efforts are primarily focused on range management to support mission requirements.
